What is the ODS (Oxygen Depletion Sensor) and how does it work?
The ODS is a critical safety pilot. It continuously monitors the oxygen level in the room. If the oxygen drops below a safe threshold (approximately 18%), the pilot light will automatically extinguish, causing the main burner to shut off completely. This prevents the risk of oxygen depletion and potential carbon monoxide production.
Will the ceramic logs fade or crack over time?
Our logs are made from high-quality, heat-resistant ceramic materials with specialized paints designed for long-term durability under high temperatures. Under normal operating conditions, they will not crack, fade, or deteriorate. Avoiding physical impact and thermal shock will help preserve their appearance.
Does this fireplace produce any odor or contribute to humidity?
Dual Fuel means this fireplace insert is versatile and can operate on either natural gas or liquid propane (LP). 
How realistic is the "real yellow flame"?
Our gas logs are meticulously crafted from painted ceramic to mimic the texture and color of real wood. The burner is engineered to produce a dancing, yellow flame that curls around the logs, creating an authentic wood-burning effect without the smoke, ash, or mess.
What does "Dual Fuel" technology mean?
