Politique de remboursement
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery shown on carrier tracking.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@reecon.com.cn. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our original shipping warehouse in Canada Warehouse, U.S. Warehouse, or Germany Warehouse.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an instruction on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, please provide us with a photo of the product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please noticed that we do not accept returns for Items bought under clearance sale or Opened products that are not re-sellable.
Things to Know
1.Returned item(s) must include all accessories and original packaging.
2.For non-quality related warranty claims, the customer is responsible for shipping costs generated during the return or exchange processes.
3.For non-quality related warranty claims, Reecon refunds your purchase price of the product itself.
4.For safety reasons, item(s) cannot contain oil, gas, or hazmat when return or exchange.
5.Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.
6.We maintain a database of consumer activity and other information collected in connection with a purchase or a return, which we use to authorize returns and may share with third parties that provide fraud prevention services
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
