1. Warehouses and Shipping Origins
We operate multiple fulfillment centers to ensure faster delivery:
Canada Warehouse – for Canada and nearby regions
U.S. Warehouse – for domestic U.S. orders and North America
Germany Warehouse – for orders within the EU and nearby regions
Orders will be shipped from the warehouse closest to the delivery address whenever possible.

2. Processing Time
It usually takes 1-2 business days for order processing, and 3-7 business days(excluding weekends and public holidays) for your package to be delivered after receiving payment confirmation.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and shipping method selected.
 We occasionally offer free shipping promotions for eligible orders — please refer to our homepage or promotion banners for details.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments outside our warehouse region, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by their local authorities.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website or through your Order Status Page on our store.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at support@reecon.com.cn.
 We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before confirming your order.
We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to address issues, reshipping costs may apply.
